The concept of project writing is one of the most comprehensive concepts for sustaining the work of NGOs and developing their work through creative and more objective ways to convince the donor to fund the written project.
As an essential part of developing the capacity of local NGOs in Iraq, the Civil Society Services Center in Mosul organized a training workshop for a group of local organizations in Nineveh Governorate on “Project Proposal Writing”. The workshop included the basics and concepts of project writing with budget writing, theory of change and the importance of the introduction in each project, as well as creative and innovative ways of writing project proposals.
The #UPP works with Al Mesalla to empower local CSOs in Iraq through TATWEER project funded by the European Union and in partnership with local NGOs (Alnajah Center for Training&Development in Basra and Shakoufyan Organization in Anbar).
