Training workshop on project management for a group of organizations in Nineveh Governorate

The work of local NGOs depends on gaining experience during their work, and this comes through empowerment programs provided by international organizations and donors in order to strengthen the concepts of localization of civil and humanitarian work in Iraq after periods of gaining experience and quality of work by local NGOs!

As an essential part of developing the capacity of local NGOs in Iraq, the Civil Society Services Center in Mosul organized a two-day training on “Project Management” for a number of civil society organizations in Nineveh Governorate, including the winners of the Tatweer Project grant.

The training included several basic concepts about project management, including timeframe, strategy, implementation plan, narrative and financial reports, monitoring and evaluation, as well as important information that includes project management according to the basics and principles of management.

The #UPP works with Al Mesalla to empower local CSOs in Iraq through TATWEER project funded by the European Union and in partnership with local NGOs (Alnajah Center for Training&Development in Basra and Shakoufyan Organization in Anbar).
