Training workshop on good governance for a group of local organizations in Nineveh governorate

Societies begin to develop and cross the classical stages when they begin to apply good governance and so do governments, so the concept of good governance is one of the most important basic principles to promote stability, development and economic recovery!

As an essential part of developing the capacity of local organizations in Iraq, the Civil Society Services Center in Mosul organized a training on “Good Governance” for a group of local NGOs working in Nineveh Governorate, where the training included the basics, approaches and principles of good governance and mechanisms for its application in Nineveh Governorate and Iraq through the efforts of civil society in promoting stability and making change.

The #UPP works with Al Mesalla to empower local CSOs in Iraq through TATWEER project funded by the European Union and in partnership with local NGOs (Alnajah Center for Training&Development in Basra and Shakoufyan Organization in Anbar).
