The world is witnessing a major shift in the consequences of climate change, and it has become imperative for everyone to work on mitigating climate change!
As an essential part of developing the capacity of local organizations in Iraq to face all challenges, the Civil Society Services Center in Baghdad, in cooperation with Al-Aghsan Organization for Environmental and Agricultural Development, organized a round table on climate change and the foundations of advocacy to include the outputs and proposals of the meeting in the conference that will be held under the title “Climate Culture …. Strategies and Challenges” in the presence of representatives of the Ministry of Environment, the Ministry of Culture and a number of local organizations in Baghdad Governorate.
The #UPP works with Al Mesalla to empower local CSOs in Iraq through TATWEER project funded by the European Union and in partnership with local NGOs (Alnajah Center for Training&Development in Basra and Shakoufyan Organization in Anbar).
