As an essential part of developing the capacity of local NGOs in Iraq, the Civil Society Services Center in Anbar organized the third roundtable on “The human rights situation in Anbar Governorate after return and the role of civil society in improving the host community’s response towards returnees”, with the participation of representatives of eleven local organizations from Anbar, the Department of Organizations Affairs and Joint Coordination represented by Ms. Abrar Al-Ani, Tribal Affairs Office – Central Committee in Anbar Governorate for Prevention of Violent Extremism represented by Dean Dr. Sabri Abdullah.
The #UPP works with Al Mesalla to empower local CSOs in Iraq through TATWEER project funded by the European Union and in partnership with local NGOs (Alnajah Center for Training&Development in Basra and Shakoufyan Organization in Anbar).
