- Towards More Effective Projects! A Training Workshop to Enhance the Skills of Organizations in Nineveh
As part of an effort to empower local NGOs and strengthen their administrative capacities, the Civil Society Service Center in Mosul organized a specialized training workshop on “Project Management”, with the participation of representatives from active organizations across Nineveh Province.
The workshop focused on modern management concepts, project planning, implementation mechanisms, and follow-up processes, all aimed at improving work quality and increasing the impact of community projects in the region.
This training workshop is part of the Center’s broader vision to foster a more professional civil environment and to provide practical tools that contribute to the advancement of civil society in Nineveh.
The #UPP works with Al Mesalla to empower local CSOs in Iraq through TATWEER project funded by the European Union and in partnership with local NGOs (Alnajah Center for Training&Development in Basra and Shakoufyan Organization in Anbar).
