Everything in life requires management, and when there is a strategy, a plan, and cooperation, management will succeed. Therefore, it falls upon civil society to be knowledgeable in project management when implementing projects so that they succeed and provide significant benefits to the community!
As a fundamental part of developing the capacity of local NGOs in Iraq, the Civil Society Services Center in Anbar organized training for a group of local NGOs from the provinces of Salah al-Din and Anbar on “Project Management” as part of the #Tatweer project. The training included all principles related to project management, from developing the implementation plan and coordinating it with the budget to applying all issues, including inclusiveness, integration, and balance throughout the project life cycle, and the principle of learning from past experiences, etc.
The #UPP works with Al Mesalla to empower local CSOs in Iraq through TATWEER project funded by the European Union and in partnership with local NGOs (Alnajah Center for Training&Development in Basra and Shakoufyan Organization in Anbar).
