The mechanism for submitting complaints is very important in improving work in general in all aspects, and there are mechanisms that civil society NGOs should be aware of to correct and develop the work process.
The Civil Society Services center in Mosul organized a training on “Complaints Mechanism” for a group of local NGOs in Nineveh Governorate, where the training was presented by Lodovico Mariani, the Desk Program, International Cooperation Department of the #UPP .
The training included a discussion of the mechanism of complaints, their types and complexity, confidentiality of information, reasons for complaints, the mechanism for submitting complaints through phone numbers and email, providing evidence and complete information, the expected duration for closing the complaint, and dealing with beneficiaries’ suggestions.
The #UPP works with Al Mesalla to empower local CSOs in Iraq through TATWEER project funded by the European Union and in partnership with local NGOs (Alnajah Center for Training&Development in Basra and Shakoufyan Organization in Anbar).
