- Legal issues in the work of local organizations are crucial to facilitate all procedures, and some legal consultations even contribute to preserving the rights of organizations and civil society workers!
As an essential part of developing the capacity of local organizations in Iraq to face all challenges, the Civil Society Services Center in Mosul organized a legal session for a group of local organizations in Nineveh Governorate, where the session included all legal concepts in the work of organizations from registration, communication with government institutions, personnel laws, human resources laws, policies and everything related to legal issues.
The #UPP works with Al Mesalla to empower local CSOs in Iraq through TATWEER project funded by the European Union and in partnership with local NGOs (Alnajah Center for Training&Development in Basra and Shakoufyan Organization in Anbar).
