As an essential part of developing the capacity of local organizations in Iraq, the Civil Society Services Center in Basra organized a two-day intensive training on “project management” for a group of civil society organizations working in southern Iraq.
The training included the basics of project management in terms of planning, strategy, implementation, project timelines, project monitoring and evaluation, and how to coordinate and adapt the project with the beneficiary communities.
The #UPP works with Al Mesalla to empower local CSOs in Iraq through TATWEER project funded by the European Union and in partnership with local NGOs (Alnajah Center for Training&Development in Basra and Shakoufyan Organization in Anbar).
